This intimate training is being offered first to the people who have already journeyed with me through retreat, course, ritual, embodiment, sound, movement, or deeper practice.
Before I open this to the public, I wanted to invite the people who already know this work — and who may feel called to step into the next layer of practice, embodiment, teaching, and sacred leadership.
The 80-Hour Chakra Rituals Yoga Teacher Training is a hybrid training designed to help you deepen your relationship with the chakra system as a living map for healing, transformation, embodiment, and leadership.
This is not just a training about learning the chakras intellectually.
It is a lived, embodied journey through ritual, movement, meditation, mantra, mudra, breathwork, sound, nervous system regulation, sacred facilitation, and transformational teaching.
It is a path of practice, leadership, devotion, and embodied remembrance.

What you will learn
This training is a multidimensional exploration of the chakra system — bridging ancient wisdom, embodied practice, and real-time integration.
You’ll learn to work with the chakras both individually and as an interconnected system, supporting healing, resilience, embodiment, and transformation, while developing the skills to guide others through powerful and meaningful experiences.
The Chakra System — A Living Map
You will develop a deep, embodied understanding of the chakra system as a map of the human experience.
You’ll explore:
• The seven chakras as a framework for body, mind, emotions, energy, and spirit
• The subtle body and energetic anatomy
• How patterns, behaviors, and life experiences may be held in the body and energy system
• How to work with each chakra individually and as part of an integrated whole
• The chakra system as a pathway for healing, manifestation, embodiment, and leadership
Embodied Practice + Personal Transformation
This training moves beyond theory into lived experience.
You’ll explore practices to awaken, balance, and harmonize each chakra through:
• Somatic movement
• Yoga asana and embodied sequencing
• Breathwork and pranayama
• Mudra and mantra
• Meditation and awareness practices
• Nervous system regulation
• Ritual and reflection
• Sound, music, mantra, voice, and vibration as ritual and embodiment tools
For each chakra, you’ll explore:
• Movement patterns and key actions
• Physical body relationships and postures
• Psychological and emotional themes
• Pranayama, mudra, and mantra
• Meditation and awareness practices
• Embodied rituals and integration tools
Healing, Patterning + Integration
You’ll learn how transformation actually happens through awareness, embodiment, and practice.
Together, we’ll explore:
• How past experiences and early imprints can shape the body, energy, and nervous system
• How to bring awareness to patterns held in the body
• Tools for integration, resilience, and sustainable change

The Art of Teaching + Facilitation
You’ll learn how to translate this work into powerful, embodied experiences for others.

• Design and lead chakra-based yoga, movement, and ritual experiences
• Create impactful private sessions
• Use Cristi’s signature Body Prayers for each chakra as a framework for classes and practices
• Create emotional and energetic arcs within an experience
• Craft cohesive, meaningful themes that carry an experience from beginning to end
• Hold brave space with clarity, presence, and authenticity

The Training Experience
This training is designed as a hybrid journey, allowing you to begin the work in your own space and then step into a fully immersive in-person experience.
Part I: Online Foundation
Your journey begins with the full Chakra Rituals: Daily Practices to Awaken Your Energy + Empower Your Life online course.
Begins July 14, 2026—Cancer New Moon
This course becomes the foundation for the deeper teacher training path.
The online foundation includes:
• Opening ritual
• Chakra teachings and embodiment practices
• Daily ritual guidance
• Live sessions and recordings
• Access to self-paced learning
• Mentorship and Q&A support
• Lifetime access to course materials
You may move through this phase live with the July 14 cohort, or self-paced at your own rhythm.
This gives you time to begin living the practices in your own body before we gather in Mexico.
Part II: In-Person Retreat Immersion
February 4–11, 2027

Six full days. Seven nights.
Surrounded by mountains, nature, sacred land, and community.
This is where the work deepens — and becomes something you live.
During the in-person immersion, you’ll experience:
• Opening and closing rituals to anchor your transformation
• Daily immersive embodiment practices
• Deep dives into each chakra
• Chakra teaching, class breakdown, and practice exploration

• Somatic Sound Ritual under the stars
• Temazcal ceremony

A day in the life at Feronia
Each day will be thoughtfully designed to balance practice, study, nourishment, integration, and rest.
A sample day may include:
Morning — meditation, breathwork, embodied practice
Midday — teachings, chakra exploration, and class breakdown
Afternoon — practice teaching, sound, rest, and integration
Evening — dinner, connection, ritual, or spacious rest
Some days will shift to include the Temazcal ceremony, massage sessions, extended sound journeys, evening circles around the fire, and special surprises.
Part III: Integration + Embodiment
After the Mexico immersion, you’ll be supported in bringing your work into real-world practice.
This phase is where you move from learning into leading.
Integration includes:
• Final teaching assignment within 21–40 days after the retreat
• Personalized feedback
• Participation in two peer-led classes
• Support in bridging embodiment into facilitation
This is where the training becomes embodied, integrated, and alive in your work.
