Eclipses are powerful thresholds. They can illuminate what is ready to shift while asking us to make space for something we may not be able to see clearly yet.
This will not be about forcing an intention or trying to figure everything out.

Through breath, somatic movement, meditation, and sound, we’ll create space to release what has become outdated and reconnect with what is ready to come alive within you.
